I didn't get to stay here due to unforeseen reasons. I did drive by it, it looked clean, safe and I'd definitely book again to stay. Host was very and great with communication.

Katie's spot was so convenient for us visiting the Royal Gorge. It was quiet and had a sensational view of the mountains.

The mobile home park is actually one road above Ponderosa Lane. If you arrive during daylight, you can see all the other trailers and will be able to find it easily, but if you arrive in the dark, like we did, it might be hard to find. This spot is the last spot at the end. It has a beautiful view. It’s pretty quiet there. Very nice neighbors.

Great location, great view. Does have long term mobile home renters and is a very small mobile home park. Neighbors called the animal control because of our dog barking so that didn’t really make for an inviting environment. We usually bring him in our camper but this location has no facilities so we put him outside and he barked at everything walking. As we periodically checked on our golden retriever outside the neighbor was also checking on him and throwing him treats to then eventually call animal control on us because we popped our dog for jumping up on us and barking at everyone. Animal control of course checked him and made sure he was okay. They also told the neighbors he was absolutely fine just high energy and needed the discipline because we had to keep him under control. Of course they left because he was fine. But that experience left a bad taste in our mouths with this site. We’ve traveled all over Colorado with our dog at many different rv/camping facilities and this is by far the most unpleasant experience due to the neighbors. The site was overall inexpensive and a great location the host was also great I wouldn’t want the tenants behavior to reflect poorly on them, but we did leave one night early after animal control was called because the neighbors were nosey rosies and we would rather have not dealt with that at all. But easy cheap place to camp. Would recommend finding BLM land in Colorado most of it offers free camping and the sites are abundant and more private.
