Really great place and can't fault the location for proximity to local beaches and entertainment etc . Plenty of space but strangely not enough glasses for a house this size so we purchased a few. Pool was a short walk which requires a key fob. There was loads of soaps, shampoos, dishwasher tablets etc etc for our 2 week stay which was great. The set up of the pool is excellent. A few cabanas, loads of loungers and a hot tub although during our stay the pool heating had not been switched on. The host contacted the HOA to find out why but we got no reply from them about it so not sure if this is a regular occurrence. A bit disappointing as the pool was a major draw for us and it was too cold to tolerate for long periods.

Great location in a quiet, family friendly house. Easy to get almost anywhere within 15 mins (i.e. Irvine Spectrum). Walkable to nice parks including the Great Parks of Irivine. The house itself was nice, clean, furnished well and open layout was pefect for our family to hangout.

My family and I felt right at home here. The location of the house was perfect; drivable to nearby town centers, malls, beaches, and restaurants. We also felt very safe coming home every day. The home was also the perfect size for my family of 6 since there were enough beds, bathrooms, and amenities. Definitely recommend this home to future guests in the area.

This is my second time to stay with C.Tracies listings, very very friendly and responsive host and you can depend on her for anything you require, the only thing I noticed this time was the dust in the house, I am a bit allergic to dust, other than this im really thankful for her presence and availability all the time i needed her. We will definitely stay with her in our future trips to Irvine..
