We stayed for a long weekend, Art was very helpful and extremely nice! The property was perfect for our family and we had plenty of yard to run around in for our boys. Overall it was a great time and the property was perfect for our family! Highly recommend this place for a Cooperstown trip!!!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this lake house. The owner called me prior to arrival and we had a great conversation. He is an amazing man and so kind. The house was just as described and more. It’s very spacious and there is everything there that you could possibly need to enjoy your time. My son fished every day and caught a ton of fish. He went in the kayak to the island and watched the beavers until one chased him back to shore. (Which we all had a great laugh about) We had fires in the fire pit at night. The sunsets were incredible. All the bedrooms we’re comfy and cozy. There are all kinds of games to play (which we did every night) The card room is awesome. I could go on and on. If you want a great family or friends vacation this is the place. We can’t wait to plan our next trip to the lake house.

Amazing location on the water. Easy drive into Cooperstown & surrounding area. Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Great location for a family of group with a beautiful property!
