Very spacious common rooms, well kept bed and bath rooms, nice terrasse for breakfast/dinner, a comfy lounge ideal for spontaneous therapy sessions, has loads of kitchen utensils and the pool area is great as well. Stefania is an extremely friendly and helpful host :) An additional sunshade at the pool could be nice when the weather is really hot.

Het verblijf bij Stefania staat gegarandeerd voor een onvergetelijke vakantie. De lokatie is zeer uniek en meer dan prachtig. Een prachtig goed onderhouden 17e eeuwse boerderij incl. Zwembad met uitzicht op de mooie heuvels van Toscane en Stefania en haar zus zijn daarbij de kers op de slagroom. Wij hebben een onvergetelijke vakantie gehad dankzij hun en alles wat zij hebben neergezet. Mooie liefdevolle mensen. Dankjewel hiervoor.

Stefania and her family were incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout our stay! The home is absolutely stunning and the history behind the home in her family was fascinating to learn about. Local restaurant recommendations and discounts were much appreciated. The pool is very well kept and was much enjoyed for the hot Tuscan afternoons. The location is perfect to enjoy the peace and beauty of Tuscany, while also being very close to public transportation sites to larger cities. We loved the smell of lavender throughout the home from the fields outside! La Chiusuraccia was the perfect location for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for us with 6 adults and 3 children. We would absolutely stay again!!

Stefania is a great host: super available, chill and with great recommendations in the area. We were a group of 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids), and it was the perfect location for us. The nearby lake was the unexpected gem: fun activities over there and the café has great pizzas. It was very easy to go to Florence and other points of interest (Modena, Pisa, Lucca). The restaurants and cafés nearby are also great. We cooked a lot during these 2 weeks and enjoyed the terrace from breakfast to dinner. The swimming pool was more than needed with the Tuscan heat, and we made the most of it!
