New spacious and insulated wooden house for a relaxing holiday, on a very large, secluded private property on the lake in south Portugal, with lake view, WiFi, large smart TV and fireplace. We are located about 20km north of Albufeira and have our own large beach with exclusive access to the lake. Absolutely quiet location in the middle of nature in southern Portugal. No traffic, no planes, no tourists and a fantastic starry sky. Fishing and swimming in the lake are a matter of course. Thanks to the good insulation, it is around 10° cooler in the house than outside in summer. This eliminates the need for air conditioning. In winter, the fireplace keeps you warm all night until morning. The entire house is equipped with mosquito protection, although we hardly have any mosquitoes here. The equipment includes: A living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms with sink and up to 3 beds each, kitchen, Bathroom with shower & toilet, a spacious terrace with BBQ and patio heater & a small breakfast table in the sun. Bed linen, towels and gas for shower, stove & BBQ are included for normal operation. The living room: American kitchen and pellet fireplace (in winter), pull-out double corner couch, Coffee table, chest of drawers, stool, shelves, mirror, 43" smart TV, BR/DVD player The kitchen: has a 4-burner stove, large refrigerator with freezer, sink, professional coffee machine, oven, Kettle, toaster, egg cooker, orange squeezer, spacious work surfaces and plenty of shelves. The left bedroom: has a sink with mirror cabinet, bedside table with lamp and can (!) be equipped with 3 possible options: - two lower single beds each measuring 200cmx90cm (stand apart) and an upper single bed measuring 200cmx90cm - a lower king size double bed 200cmx180cm and an upper single bed 200cmx90cm or (!) also as a children's room (conversion and dismantling costs €50): - downstairs without any beds, carpet, children's kitchen, stools, children's table, space for toys etc. - and an upper single bed with 200cmx90cm (loft bed) The right bedroom: is equipped with a lower double bed 200cmx140cm and an upper single bed 200cmx90cm. It also has a sink with a mirror cabinet and a bedside table with a lamp and if necessary, a computer desk with chair and lamp. Each bed has its own wall lamp. Both bedrooms can be completely darkened with external light protection (for sleeping in). The terrace: Has a large extendable wooden table with 5 chairs, a gas BBQ and a patio heater (in winter) (gas excluded). In front of the terrace there are 4 folding sun loungers and a small wooden coffee table. There is also a small, separate breakfast table that is open and also has sun in the morning. Our large playground for your children, with a "tree house", trampoline, slide, 2 swings, digging box and lots of beach sand, is located some distance away from the bungalow in the direction of the wooden house (second rental property). 5 kayaks for sea/river travel are available and can be used freely. Our stylish solar boat for up to 4 people + 1 child can be rented for €50 daily, provided the water level permits. NEW 2024: We have reconstructed part of our ruin into a shared hobby and party room. Here you will find a new, folding table tennis table with all accessories, a 65" smart TV (Astra Satelit), a connected JBL 300 party box, a wood stove, a refrigerator and plenty of seating inside and out. The large terrace in front of it is currently still under construction, but already has a table, bench and BBQ. If the bungalow (2nd outdoor property) is rented at the same time, the playground, kayaks, beach and table tennis room are available to both tenants. Agreements between each other enable individual use. I'm happy to help. The next larger town is S.B. de Messines with supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, petrol stations etc., less than 10 minutes away by car. The ocean beach of Albufeira and Armacao de Pera is about 25 minutes' drive from Messines. Carvoeiro and Portimao about 35/45min. 50-65€ per day depending on the season 5 day minimum booking period You can also rent our stylish, white Ford Focus Diesel, with a personal airport transfer. Please ask for availability and the current price. Currently 50€ daily rent & 500€ deposit, including insurance, kilometers and if necessary. Child seats. You can get pickup from the airport including a shopping stop at the supermarket, plus the return trip to your departure for just €90. Please note our house rules.
