Excelente Escolha na Carre de Bordels, Barcelona Acabei de passar 52 dias maravilhosos no apartamento da Carre de Bordels, Barcelona, e a experiência foi além das expectativas. O apartamento é arejado, bem iluminado, e exatamente o que se precisa para uma estadia prolongada em Barcelona. Totalmente equipado, desde a cozinha até a sala de estar. A localização é um dos seus maiores trunfos: próximo ao shopping La Ilha, à avenida Diagonal, e acessível por diversos meios de transporte público. A área está repleta de restaurantes que satisfazem todos os paladares, além de estar em um ponto estratégico para explorar a cidade a pé. Recomendo veementemente este apartamento a quem procura comodidade, acessibilidade e uma verdadeira experiência barcelonense. É ideal tanto para estadias curtas quanto longas, garantindo que cada dia seja uma descoberta. Certamente, uma opção superior para quem deseja mergulhar no coração de Barcelona! Super recomendo!

Overall I would reccomend to stay here just in case it will be some improvements made in this apartment or if the cost would be cheaper than 85 euros especially since you can only rent it for a minimum of 32 nights. I'll start with the pros: 1. The kitchen is well equipped. Good oven and induction hob. 2. New washing machine and refrigerator. 3. The floor is laminate. 4. The most important advantage is the area - quiet, green, safe Les Corts. But far from the sea (45 minutes by bus). 5. There is a Caprabo store right next to the house. 6. Wi-fi speed is good. 7. Elevator in the building and beautiful views from the rooftop. Now the cons: 1. The apartment was unprepared for our arrival: lack of bed linen and towels, dirty pillows, rusty microwave, dust under the bed, the balcony door was creaking, shower drain clogged with hair, the air conditioner splashed water and made sounds that disturbed sleep, water from it flowed down the wall creating a rusty strip on the wall and a puddle on the floor. 2. Communication with the manager was poor, they respond very slowly and answer after writing them several times in a row. 3. Upon arrival, we had to pay another 50 euros in addition to the cost of the accommodation, since we had a late check-in on a weekend. In general, the check-in policy are extremely inflexible, free check-in is possible only on a weekdays from 15 to 18. At any other time, you have to extra pay. 4. The bed mattress is tough, uncomfortable to sleep. 5. Most of furniture, utensils are "Ikea basic"quality. I was especially struck by the sofa, on which it is impossible not even to sleep, but just to sit. It feels like a piece of log covered with cloth. 6. Be aware that neighbors are currently undergoing renovations. The sounds of the drill kept me awake in the morning. Workers can start right at 08:30 am. 7. People live under the apartment have a dog that occasionally barks and goes to the toilet right on the summer terrace. 8. No any coffee maker in the apartment. 9. No night bedside lamps near the bed.

Muy agradable el depto pero le faltan muchas cosas sobretodo en la cocina. Para una estancia larga de dos meses tuve que comprar algunas cosas yo. El barrio es tranquilo pero estaban haciendo arreglos en el mismo edificio por lo que los ruidos a veces eran muy molestos, incluso el sabado muy temprano
