The place is absolutely wonderful with stunning lake views. Not very far from Como town. Having a car will be helpful but there’s enough public transport.

You're going to love the view. Pack light though and anything bigger than a carry on is not going to be fun bringing up the stairs. The stair in the description are accurate, they are narrow and some spots its just rocks, so pack very light. The view is incredible and wide open patio perfect for sitting outside and just taking in all the beauty. Had some issues with the amount of electrical things you can power before circuit breakers start tripping, but not an issue unless you're cooking on both HOBs. Hot water ran out pretty fast but if you just get wet, then soap up, then turn the water on to rinse off, you should not have an issue. I did have some issue finding the place, but I will say it was dark and raining when I got to the area and thought in my deepest of hearts the place was closer to Como rather than just a little bit further. So I will say finding the place was my own difficultly. Overall, location and view are amazing.
