The small Borgo consist on two houses close to eachother that were designed, decorated and furnished with comfort as the top priority. We can accommodate any party combination of up to 12 guests in our two homes - with up to 6 in the main villa and 6 in the adjacent cottage - all in great comfort and style, served by a total of 6 bathrooms. From the graceful avenue of Tuscan cypress trees lining our driveway, to the magnificent panoramic dining terrace, from where you can admire the pink, yellow and crimson sunset over Cortona - to the immaculately manicured gardens and pool terrace, the velvet lawns - and even the soft cooing of the pigeons - all these elements come together harmoniously to greet guests on arrival at the property. Our family lives nearby on the estate, in an old 17th century farmhouse, where we lead an active farming life cultivating truffles, wild fennel, olive trees, 'porcini' mushrooms, hazelnuts, figs, vines and coppiced woodland for firewood. If you enjoy walking and hiking, the mountain environment affords breathtaking, panoramic views of Tuscany, Umbria and Lake Trasimeno. The privacy of our guests is an absolute 'must' for us, however we are always available for help or guidance. We can also prepare and serve to order breakfasts and delicious Tuscan meals for a dinner party or a special anniversary.

My only hesitation in saying this place is truly picture perfect, comfortable, welcoming, spacious, with gracious hosts, is that I want to make sure it's available to rent again in the future! Whether a romantic getaway, a family holiday, or w work-cation this place has it all. You do need a car to get there, and one to get into Cortona and around Tuscany, but the property and house has it all. Loved our stay.
Unique experience in a mid of forest in Tuscany. 3 families basically 6 adults and 1 kid with 2 small dogs we could enjoy the space and privacy of 2 typical houses, clean, spacious and very nice & cosy. The silence was disturbed just by cicadas. Claudia, Giusi & Dario were kind & helpful in check in and also during our stay - show us the closest shops, restaurants, offered basil & herbs for some of our dinners. We enjoyed as well trips to Florence ( max 1,5 hour to garage in city centre) and Sienna with a genuine guode Stepanka Kraus, who provide us with a really excellent story telling arround history of both cities. Excellent experience, the house is exactly as in the photos , location is excellent for families that want to rest , wonderful hosts.
This is just one of the beautifulest place on earth! Guisi and Dario made their best so we can enjoy our stay. They even delighted us with some local vegetables and homemade beverages. This had been by far one of the best Airbnb experience I've ever had.

Ciao a tutti sono Claudia, lavoro nel mondo dell accoglienza da piu di 20 anni e grazie a questo mi sento fortunata perchè ospitando persone da tutto il mondo è come un pò viaggiare Gestisco l attivita di famiglia Il sole del sodo da 20 anni e la nostra casa al mare dove sono cresciuta , il borgo di Novole con il mio marito Lucio e la villa di giusi e dario che sono i miei vicini e hanno un posto magnifico ,quest 'anno dato il momento molto particolare abbiamo deciso di affittare le strutture in esclusiva a gruppi che vanno da un minimo di 6 persone a un massimo di 15 .
