Batu keyifli bir eşlikçi, bisikletiyle her yeri gezdigi için bölgeye çok hakim, uyumlu, yağmur, çamur, soğuk demeden beraber saatlerce gezmek oldukça zevkliydi. Sohbeti ve ilginç deneyimlerini dinlemek de güzeldi. Bundan sonra İstanbul'a gidecegim zaman tercih edeceğim bir adres. Latte de ismi gibi yumuşak ve naif bir kedi. Teşekkürler Batu ve Latte :)

The owner was really flexible. and there was really cute friendly cat. however personally I could not stay there. After I enter into the house I experience kind of allergic reaction. runny nose comes out and sniff. felt itchy eye and swollen. The cause could be from basement environment or cat. If you are healthy enough, you might have good stay there. because everything you need is offered there. there are many good reviews. And the price is a strong point. However, I also need to share this experience for somebody like me. and there were some things to be fixed like toilet cover and shower booth door. Behind this building is wide highway but quite since it is on the basement floor. I would like to recommend regular people healthy enough who like cats. but if you are week or sensitive those environment, I hope my review could be a help.

Batuhan is a great host. He is friendly, hospitable, open-minded and very generous about providing accomodation for travellers. I stayed a total of 5 nights at his cozy place, enjoyed the company of his beautiful cat Latte and explored the city from a central location. My visit to İstanbul after 3 years of break could not have been any better. I was able to do all my travel and work goals during my stay. Hope to meet again!

Batu is one of the kindest souls that I have had the pleasure of meeting. His place is clean, the room is a good size with desk space for work. And more importantly, there lives the cutest cat in the world aka Latte😻 I could not thank Batu enough for his kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend this place.
