The kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary needs including a Margaritaville blender, Keurig, tea kettle, and coffee maker. The dining room table seats 6 and has additional chairs to pull out to seat 8 where you can enjoy a meal together or a family game night. If you are a party 10 make use of the adjacent breakfast bar. In the family room the coffee table opens up and inside you will find a variety of blankets to make you comfy and all the additional bedding you need for the pull-out queen sofa. The entertainment cabinet under the TV is loaded with adult and children's games to cultivate some quality time together and fill the room with laughter. There are also books to get lost in while retreating to the upstairs balcony for a comfy little hideaway. Through the kitchen to the left is the first-floor guest bedroom with a queen bed, a full closet, a brand-new TV, and a computer desk.
