My family stayed for a few days over the Thanksgiving holiday to do some fishing. Khristine, the property manager, couldn't have been any sweeter or more responsive to our needs. And the location --- the river being a very short hike away --- was ideal. The property, however, left much to be desired. It's in desperate need of some maintenance and updates. And none of the activities that Jason listed in the welcome email --- the "game room with pool, foosball, tables and arcade games, mini-golf-ping pong, etc" --- were even open which was disappointing. The on-property store was also closed the entire time, which was not mentioned in Jason's welcome email. We wouldn't stay here again.

Great little cabin with everything you need, right next to the Trinity River. Fantastic grounds and store and great campers!

Unfortunately we did not continue with our stay at this location due to the fires that were nearby. The amount of smoke in the air was very unhealthy and due to asthma in the family and having a small toddler we did not feel safe to stay. Fortunately Airbnb was able to reimburse us for the cost of this stay due to this. I took pictures of the smoke and submitted since the owner was not able to reimburse our stay. Definitely purchase some sort of travel insurance if you book this location. According to the owner, fires in CA are now a yearly event and unless the roads are closed they will not reimburse no matter how bad the air quality is.

Cute cabin located in Del Loma RV campground. We stayed after July 4th and pretty much had the place to ourselves. This was our way of glamping near Trinity River. Cabin had all that we needed, super rustic feel. Beds weren’t all that great but it beat sleeping in a tent. Lots of activities to do if you have kids or are a kid at heart. Short little hike to the river. Wouldn’t be the best if you’re bringing kayaks as the trail is a little steep.
