Excellent airbnb. Very well equipped, comfortable bed, plenty of space. Very clean. Easy walk into Sidmouth. Good instructions and easy to find. One of the best we’ve stayed in.

Very clean and spacious perfect for a young family. We were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for all parties to relax in their own rooms It was easy to access Sidmouth. We particularly loved Beckets Coffee House they were so helpful as some of our party were gluten free and dairy intolerant. We visited a couple of times The bakery was really delicious the bread and the cakes. We visited House of Marbles which is great on a wet day and Seaton tramway was amazing

We had a great family stay. Location was few mins from the High St and 10 mins relaxed walk through the great shops, arts & crafts and cafes etc. to the beach as mentioned in the write up. Didn't use the car from the point we arrived. Plenty of supermarket options nearby, Tesco, Co-op & Morrisons. House was very spacious and the additional amenities in the house was amongst the best we have stayed in, wanted for nothing, honestly you guys thought of everything, thank you and hope to stay again soon.
