I am the Executive Director for a non-profit organization in the US (2nd Mile Missions) and am required to travel to the DR frequently. I’ve stayed here about 5 times. It’s my first choice when looking to book a place to stay!

I loved the overall experience there. I love Cocotal as a community. Planning to move in that community soon. The apartment was really clean, comfortable and beautiful. The only thing I found disappointing: 1- For some reason Bedroom AC stopped working. 2- Electricity was really expensive during these 4 days we spent there. It looks like there something consuming a lot of power and power is paid separate. Add 20 to 25% more as part of the Power Consumption. But besides this, everything was good with them. Good service overall.

En pocas palabras el lugar tal cual a las fotos, agradable, tranquilo. Son varias personas las que te ayudan en tiempo y forma y se agradece. Lo único fue a la salida cuando llegaron minutos tardes para nuestro check out ya que teníamos el tiempo contado. Fuera de eso todo bien. Precio-calidad, fue excelente. Y eso ya no se ve muy seguido. (Bueno, bonito y Barato)
