Would recommend this stay!! Garrett and Amanda were so awesome. We had some technical difficulties with the TV & they responded right away & were so helpful!! Solved our problem right away & even helped recommend great places to walk to for dinner. Everything for the stay had clear instructions, the house was clean & the bed & couch are very comfy. Will be staying here again.

This is a comfortable spot on a quiet street not too far from the sights and sounds of Denver. We had a long weekend stay. The bed is comfy; the kitchen well appointed; the entire place clean. Great water pressure. We had no trouble finding and accessing the apartment; and street parking is easy. As they mentioned in the listing, there is a family living above, none of the house noise was in anyway unusual and did not disturb us in the slightest. As alluded to in the listing, there is a monitoring system that alerts for smoke and noise. When we received a msg from our hosts about smoking in the house, after the monitoring system alerted for garlic toast, we became uncomfortable and felt watched so for that reason this wouldn’t be our choice for a future stay.

Everything was great. The only thing was the toilet was dirty. Would stay again, right around the corner from the rail station.

Garrett is an exceptional host, great communication and accommodating. His place is comfy, clean and impecable. Pet friendly I enjoy my stay with my puppies Highly recommended !!!
