Place was what we needed for the weekend, Hang was responsive and the little window nook was a nice place to sit and relax, thanks!

Hang responded right away when we arrived to find the place not clean. She gave us a partial refund and had the cleaner come so we could check in after 7 pm. There were a couple other issues but she was available to answer questions quickly. Note that you will need your own accounts and passwords if you want to watch tv as you have to sign in to your own accounts on the streaming channels on Roku. Also, there is no coffee so bring your own. The kitchen was missing some basics but we managed. Initially, we were put off by the neighborhood and the moldy smell of the building but parking was easy to find and the 3rd floor apartment felt safe and smelled ok.
