Vince & Amber were lovely hosts and were great with their communication. The condo is clean & up to date. The views are breathtaking - we were lucky to see dolphins and manatees every day! We stayed for a month and everything we needed was there - beach chairs/umbrellas, linens, pots/pans/cutlery, beach towels, washer/dryer, & more. You’re steps away from the beach which was very convenient! We would absolutely stay again in the future.

Wonderful and up-to-date condo with a breathtaking view! The condo is very comfortable and wonderfully furnished with a kitchen you can actually enjoy cooking in. The washer and dryer in the condo are a welcome addition as most other condos there don’t have them! Vince and Amber are wonderful hosts and communicate so very well. We look forward to returning again next year!

I rented for 2 months for work and play and the stay was great. The condo is newly renovated and is well appointed and has everything you need for a long term stay. Furnishings, kitchen appliances/kitchen wares, washer/dryer, bed, bathroom are all top notch. Some rentals are in a state that you can tell are well worn and its time for a redo. But not this condo. You will feel in your bones as you are relaxing and watching the amazing sunsets...that all is new and clean and fresh. Even the little everyday items that one would need are already planned for you and ready for your use. The view of the beach is unobstructed and so close...that you can almost reach out and touch the sand from your private balcony. It is screened in which is great to eliminate any critters flying so you can enjoy your time on the balcony with ease. Amber was easily available for any questions before the rental and checkin was easy. To be honest, Amber and I didn't communicate much during my stay because all was taken care of for me and there were no problems. But I could tell if there were problems (again no problems which was great)...her and her husband would jump to take care of any issues. I walked, swam, drove, and jet skiied all over the area during my stay. I can easily say that there is not many better resort locations in Bonita Springs/Naples/Fort Myers than Dolphin Way. Public beach access is just far enough away to keep the crowds away...but close enough that its a short walk if you want to get into the energy of ots of people on the beach. Walking a short distance the other way...you are very close to a cove, rock outcroppings, and bay inlet to back of island waterways...that is exceptional for shelling and attracts the occassional beach fisherman. So...two words. Rent This! Thanks, Michael M
