What a lovely place to stay, with plenty of parking for 3-4 cars in front of the property on its own gated drive. Only a few minutes walk to the sea on a quiet road. Large well equipped kitchen/Dinner and huge master bedroom /en-suite shower room. My wife didn’t want to leave after her 60th birthday get together. Had a lovely stay, thank you.

A nice, clean house with great fixtures and fittings and comfortable beds. It is on a (smart) estate about ten minutes walk from town and the beach. Would be guests should be aware that this is very much a professional Airbnb host, so there are no personal touches. In the generic information booklet in the house, the service which manages the place asks that guests pay an extra £25 for a late or early check in. I am not sure how this can be properly paid as I am pretty sure that Airbnb does not allow payments outside its app.

Lovely stay at the Grange. We wanted to take the family (+ one small dog) away for autumnal walks on the beach during half term and the Grange is perfectly positioned for this on a lovely stretch of the Suffolk coast. Accommodation is lovely and as described and plenty big enough for the 4 of us and we had a great time staying here. shops nearby so location is super convenient for families. Only minor thing for dog owners - the garden is fenced in but there is a grape vine which had dropped many grapes - so whilst very securely fenced in it was not suitable for our dog to run around off leash unfortunately - I suspect only an issue at this time of year but definitely would have been helpful to know in advance.

Had a great stay. Comfortable, well appointed, quiet location. Property catered well for a baby.
