Wonderful place to stay. Well cared for & very well equipped. Great location within easy walking distance of everything Aldeburgh has to offer. Handy advice given about parking too. Most importantly for us, Emma was incredibly kind about our check in & out as we were a family reuniting to scatter mum’s ashes in her happy place. Thank you for your kindness, Emma.

A very warm and comfortable house. Well equipped and spacious. Nice to have the opportunity to spend some quiet time in a cosy sitting room if needed. Only a few steps from the beach and next door to the famous Two Magpies bakery. Lots of stairs, which happily wasn't a problem for us. Although there is no parking on site it was easy to find space in the streets behind. We would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay in Aldeburgh thanks to finding this place. It accommodated 9 guests, a baby and 3 dogs with ease. Really made it a special break. Thank you Emma!

Stayed for two nights with a group of friends. The house was perfect for our needs. Emma was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The house was clean and very well kitted out. Sitting on the deck in the evening was particularly special. Early morning swims and beach walks were fantastic. We had the most amazing weekend and thank you to Emma for allowing us to stay in this beautiful house.

The house is in a perfect location; it's right in the middle of the high street but also feels quite secluded and private. Check-in was very easy, the kitchen was really well-equipped, the bedrooms and shared spaces were all clean and spacious, the outdoor terrace was really pleasant and inviting. The hosts were very proactive and responsive: they called on the day of arrival to let us know it was possible to check in earlier than expected, and when I asked they were also open to being flexible on the check-out time, which was a great help. Would absolutely stay again or recommend to friends.
