The apartment was well stocked with what we needed. It was helpful that there was a high chair and pack and play available for our baby. The place was very clean and I had no issue allowing my baby to crawl around. Also it was very quiet even though it was an apartment building. The courtyard was nice too. It wasn’t a very far drive from downtown. And while the couch was a little lacking, the beds were very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Michael's place was very clean and quiet. it was near a lot of popular sites I Dallas and a very good value. if you can follow simple direct instructions you will absolutely love this place. it is plenty big enough for a family with room to spare. I highly recommend this place. OH, and also, it has direct access to the highway system.... awesome!!

Cons: Upon entering the unit, there was a noticeable cat litter box smell. The carpet in the main bedroom was stained and there were condensation stains on the wall by the A/C vents. The laundry room smelled like sulfur. The place is in dire need of maintenance. The couch was the worst part though. It was unusable - basically fabric covering a couch base with NO cushion. My husband and I started itching when we sat on it. We left the place after one night and wouldn’t book this place again. I spent too much time on a refund from both the host and Airbnb. The grounds were also fairly dirty. Overall, a terrible experience. Pros: great patio with gated courtyard and comfortable beds.
