Beautiful loft. Wasps were an issue. Nest was as located between sliding door and screen. Overpriced. Permanent tenants in home and the loft is located at the very top. Not great for sleeping but great place to come and go while you enjoy what Lansing has to offer. Close to riverfront and downtown area. Street parking is not great.

Great location. Kyle was very responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend if needing a place near downtown/close to everything!

I would recommend spraying for wasps. We were able to enjoy the balcony for only an hour then one of us got stung. Thank goodness it wasn’t our child. We went and bought wasp spray and killed at least 20 wasps and 3 nests (not exaggerating). The balcony railing is definitely not safe because it was not secure at all. With the wasp and railing issues, wouldn’t want anyone especially a child out there. Someone found a licorice candy in their “clean” bed. Other than that, the layout of the loft is unique. Very open and spacious. We would have loved to enjoy the balcony at night, but were unable to.
