Large one bed apartment with bed on the mezzanine level. Very clean and comfortable and good communication with the professional hosts. Parking in enclosed area at night with gates open during the workday. Right beside train station and 10-15 min walk into old town.

Marianna’s place is very simple but clean. We didn’t have the opportunity to stay long, late night arrival and early departure meant we really only slept and got ready for the day here. The place was clean and worked well for a quick stay. There are blackout curtains to block the sunlight for the upstairs bedroom that you can secure with a binder clip. Parking was easy to access and convenient. Mariana was kind enough to let us keep the car safely parked past checkout which was greatly appreciated. The place smelled a bit strange/unpleasant on arrival, perhaps cleaning supplies we are not accustomed to? But it seemed to dissipate by morning. We arrived so late it wasn’t worth troubling anyone over. This place has the very basics and I would recommend for a night or two, especially if traveling with a vehicle. Cannot speak to location as we didn’t explore the local area much, but it was easily accessible from the highway.

I stayed in Apartment 2, a mezzanine studio apartment for a night. It's right by the train station but you would never know it because it's so quiet. There's a gated courtyard for parking and it's an easy drive in from the motorway. The apartment itself is immaculately clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable with plenty of cupboard space should you think about staying longer. Marianna responds promptly to questions and is very pleasant. I would happily stay here again the next time I am in Parma.
