We loved staying at Linda's place with our mini schnauzers. Lovely, very clean, small flat which was perfect for our needs. Lots of lovely extras too - the welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, oats and jam was so lovely. We were very comfy and warm and the shower was grand. An enclosed front garden was great for our dogs. We didn't have too much trouble parking and got parked fairly close to the flat. We loved being very close to the links and, of course, our dogs adored being able to get off-lead and have a romp about. It is a busy dog walking area. We can recommend the Ma Yom Thai restaurant on the hight street which is about a 12 minutes walk. Very nice food and cocktails! Another excellent find is The Plaice, Fish and Seafood Shop which serves ready to eat seafood bowls. The hot smoked salmon was a FIND. So delicious. So, thank you, Linda for a superb stay. We loved it. And so did the Schnauzies. xxxxx

Massive thank you to Linda for this stay, exactly as described and a lovely little find!! The heating wasn’t working on arrival however Linda came over within 10mins and fixed it, superb service thank you again! Everything is as described and photographed, a beautiful and cosy little flat. Note access to Montrose Beach is cut off currently due to damage from a storm in October looks like it’ll be a while before it’s fixed so would highly recommend St Cyrus beach and Lunan Bay for anyone wanting a nearby beach walk. I’ll be back, thanks again!

We had a lovely stay at Life’s a Beach. The apartment is centrally located so we were able to walk to the town centre and to the beach. Roo’s Leap is only a 10 minute walk, it’s a definite ‘go to’ when visiting Montrose. Parking is street parking, but there was never an issue finding a space.

life's a beach exceeded expectations, only wish we booked for longer. So amazing for our doggie and the kids. So many great free activities for the kids and amazing walks for the dog . Host was amazing so helpful and very quick replies.
