We have been to Amarilla several times, and always stayed in a villa with a pool. Lesley’s villa is easily the best we have ever rented. The villa itself is attractive , very spacious, with a large, airy living area and good kitchen with new fridge, dishwasher and cooker. Outside is even better, with a gorgeous deep pool, amazing view lots of space for lounging and eating alfresco. It looks directly onto the luscious golf course with lots of palms and greenery. A very big plus is that even with the open frontage onto the golf course, the villa is not over looked at all and is very private. I can’t fault anything, it was hot when we visited in the 30’s, and although no air conditioning, there are fans in every room and we were all very comfortable throughout our stay. One negative but positive, the washing machine broke down. But I text and had a reply in minutes and a new machine was fitted the following day. We had a great stay at Casa Amarrilla, two families, with a total of 7, 4 adults and 3 kids. The hosts are helpful and responsive, the area is quiet from midnight (when the planes are ceasing to land at the Soth Airport) until around 7-8 am în the morning (when begins the maintenance of the golf course). Anyone should be very careful to keep the doors and/or the cage locked all the time over the night or when away! We've been robbed on the first night there, as we were not very careful and tired from the flight. Not a big loss and certailnly our mistake, but still quite upseting. Nevertheless, best assistance from Miriam and a great vacation all in all, thank you hosts!
