Attentive host, super quick response even at 12AM at night. Location is good 15-20 minutes from everything in San Juan and 5 minutes from Walmart. Be wary when plugging in address as we were sent to the wrong place twice by accident - use the exact link Rocky provides don’t use GPS recommended address. There was also a small detour where roadwork is being done in the neighborhood but overall great stay.

Overall, the host is a great communicator and the listing & unit set the correct expectation for guests. Sheets & towels were clean along with the wonderful decorations found - even the toilet paper folded design was a nice touch! However, if there's one thing that could use improvement - it's the cleanliness of the unit. The kitchen along with glasses, utensils, pots & pans were still dirty from previous guests. There was an old piece of food found on one of the pots & pans inside the drawer. The condition of the pots & pans need to be replaced, as they're currently unusable. Also, floors have over time developed a lot of dirt & debris that needs a deep cleaning. Lastly the water temperature in the bathroom shower was warm initially, but did not stay heated throughout for our other guests. The shower knob also was loose and needs to be tightened into place. Overall, great host and hope there's an opportunity in the future to stay to see the improvements & updates made!

Owner provided detailed instructions. Please note the location is different what's stated as the location in the map, follow owner's instructions provided after confirmation. We can hear the talking from neighbor apt. There are quite some roosters in the neighborhood, very fresh morning call.
