It is in a perfect location - steps away from the plaza. Looks like it was recently renovated. Minor point - some of the basics are sparse. Very few dishes and only four hangers.

Everything is on par with the wonderful things everyone else had already mentioned - clean, responsive, friendly. Location cannot be beat, and hence it also it comes with the Centro characteristics of SMA! Church bells everywhere and literally all the time, even at 3 AM. Some folks mentioned about dog shelter and barks -- it was not bad at all. In December peak celebrations and fireworks (we could not sleep one night from 2-5 AM) and even with that the dog-barks were nominal. The pictures of the computer desk is that of the lobby and it is a lovely area where there is a Nespresso machine with coffee, fruits and pastries every day. I'll miss Coffee Lab, Quince rooftop restaurant, and Panio bakery. But there are literally dozens of cafe, pastry, restaurants all within the same block and all around. Tons of boutiques, cobblestone roads on which there are buses, cars, pedestrians - not a speck of garbage or dirt anywhere. Recommend!

This place is a must!!! We had our wedding in San Miguel de Allende and choose to stay at this beautiful place for a week. They were extremely hospitable! The responses were very quick, the elevator was so nice and the views are beautiful. We had a three day wedding events and needed space for makeup for guest and they were so happy to help make it possible! We look forward to staying here again.
