As described literally on the beach. Fabulous location close to local supermarkets and amenities in perranporth and pubs( especially enjoyed the tywarnhayle which served great value food and drinks). Super clean apartment with great shower room, well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. Loved the fact it’s a minute or 2 walk to bus stop to Newquay, Truro if you don’t want to take the car, st Agnes is another lovely little village on the way to Truro . Great communication from host explaining how to get in etc. Would definitely recommend and hope to book again. Many thanks James for hosting, you certainly have a fantastic place there

James was the perfect host! Very detailed instructions about access and amenities in the area. Flat was very comfortable and provided all mod cons with well laid out kitchen and good shower facilities. Being able to view sea from sitting room was added bonus. Will definitely recommend the apartment to family and friends and would love to return for another stay.

We loved staying at James’ place, it had everything we needed plus a few extras. Everything is of top quality and it was useful to have things like cooking oil, salt and pepper, washing up liquid and bin bags to hand. The closeness to the beach meant that we had quite a few days in Perranporth and could pop back to make lunch - which saved quite a bit of cash! We’d definitely stay again, thank you James.

James was a good host! Very clear instructions on finding the apartment. Parking was good just outside the front of the apartment. On arrival we were greeted with milk and water in the fridge, biscuits , chocolate and fudge also! A Great added extra. The apartment was in the perfect location a 2 minute walk to the beach. We found our stay quiet, beds comfortable , apartment had good facilities and was clean. James recommended local takeaways which we used. Masala Indian and The shack were our favourites! There’s a folder full of local attractions and menus in the apartment which was very useful. The location was what sold it for us. You could just see the sea from the window and a stones throw away from the beach. We had a great holiday and hope to return next year!

We had a lovely stay in Perranporth despite the weather being up and down.The apartment was clean and tidy with a modern feel, and it was in a great location next to the beach and local amenities.
