I can highly recommend a stay in this great place! The location is beautiful with an amazing view on Talpona river from the balcony. Wfh was never better! The area is calm, a little bit remote within a small, very friendly neighborhood. Although quiet, it is just a few minutes by car or scooter from the Canacona beaches and towns. The house is clean, spacious and offers everything you need for a comfortable short- or long-term stay. The beds are comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped for a family, Wifi works well enough for Zoom calls and there is power back-up. Nilesh is a great and caring host. He was always available, reacted almost instantly to messages and helped with any issue or questions we had. He arranged housekeeping and a Taxi pick-up at the train station for us. All in all we enjoyed the stay at Nilesh's place like a second home and would love to come back.

we have stayed hear with our 1 year old with whom we cant travel much to see around but this place is the tourism spot itself it got lots of silence ,trees , very private , well equipped home you got every thing we cooked our 10 days food in hear itself ,got to spot alot of birds , fishes in the river front .

Nilesh's place exceeded our expectations. The Villa is located right on the banks of the Sadoxlem River. This is my second trip to the area and so I'm really glad to have found this hidden gem. The Villa is spacious with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and balcony overlooking the river with a swing (which we really enjoyed) There was a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates, cutlery so it was easy for us to cook our meals when we stayed in. Bread, milk, eggs and fruit were provided (which was a nice touch) Nilesh was always a text away and his wife (who was on site at a guest house) was always available and ready to help, especially when I caught the flu on my second day. She brought me medication and fresh coconuts so I could stay hydrated. I'm a Superhost myself and own multiple properties in North America and also travel all over the world. I'm not easily impressed because of my high standards but I am happy to recommend Nilesh's place.

We are a family with teenagers that really liked this place. You will need transport if you want to go to local beaches but in return you have the advantage of a nice house to relax in. The house holds a nice temperature throughout the day & night as there is a nice breeze from the river. The owner did say they were going to fit aircon but I personally dont think it is needed as the fresh air is nice. There is also good mesh on the windows so you won't need a mozi net & indeed there were not many mozi anyway. The family next door to the property are nice & maybe a little shy - they have a nice smile & may offer some fish or crabs if they have been out on the river. All in all this is a great place to stay. you just need to way up the taxi or transport situation. I'd suggest getting a good price from a taxi driver in each area you want to visit & or get some bikes, motorbikes or car to nip out yourselves too. We stayed for a month & loved it. All it needs now is sofa..
