Great stay, we were super close to the beach. We had the beach pretty much to ourselves. This place has beach front patio in which you can easily walk to the beach with multiple faucets to was the sand off your feet. Cozy bedroom with lots of doors throughout which is perfect if dogs are brought along. 10/10

Our stay was very relaxing with this beachfront property. We love having access directly to the beach and this place does offer that. The check-in and out process was very easy and we felt we had someone to talk to anytime. The garage was a big bonus allowing us to load and unload very easily and the sense of ease of having a locked garage is hard to put a price on and so very nice to have. Some complaints I would mention are the following. 1. Almost every sink or shower had so much calcium build up they were unusable. We could only use 1 shower in the condo as the others were just not working spraying water all over the bathroom or no water hardly at all coming out to even get wet. These little things add up as inconveniences and could be so easily fixed. We told the management agency about the problem and they told us we would have a maintenance person come out but they never did come. 2. The kitchen sink was spraying water all over the countertop and window directly behind the sink. The faucet had many small leaks in it which again could be fixed with a $20 part. The little things add up. 3. The steps leading to the beach were very old and need some repairs. The steps have nails showing and it moves around as you are going up and down. There is a cinder block at the bottom of the steps for some sort of support but this is causing more of a hazard than anything else. If I were thinking about taking anyone older to this unit I would think twice as it is an accident waiting to happen. All in all a good unit for a small group of adults looking for a place to chill on the beach. I would never bring kids or my parents to this unit as there are too many things for people to complain about or get hurt.
