Plenty of place settings plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, instapot, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!) Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $30. Dining: Kitchen Counter with 4 stools. Dining room table that seats 6. Breakfast nook seats 4. Game room high top table w/ 4 stools. Poolside: Outdoor dining that seats 8. Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Fishing Rods (6) and a basic tackle box is provided for fishing the many sandy beaches and the dock. Dock features a green light to attract the many species of fish that live in the brackish waters of the Braden River. Kayaks and Boats are available to guests with liability form completed. Pets are not allowed on, or in the property. Pool: During cool season (if pool heat is purchased $120/wk) the heater is preset so this should not be adjusted. DO NOT TOUCH POOL EQUIPMENT.
