This is a lovely clean house with lots of bonuses. Communication with Ian was very easy and he was able to provide lots of local knowledge so we could book things before we arrive (e.g. eating on Burgh Island). The house has everything you need and more, including a welcome pack upon arrival so you can have a cup of team, to salt / pepper / cooking oil (all the things you forget to bring!) It was clean and confortable (especially beds) and has some great private outdoor spaces (raised decks) so you can watch the tide come and go. Wifi was good and Netflix on the TV for some down time. Excellent place and host.

Great accommodation! Lovely views and easy walk over to Burgh Island and drinks/lunch in Pilchard Inn. Recommend The Journeys End for great dinner too and the pizzas from Mount Holly Farm up the road were superb No local or walkable shop so get your provisions on the way. Ian was a very responsive host and we had no problems at all

Ian is a fabulous host and we had a wonderful stay at Fairview. The house was immaculate with everything provided for a great stay, including welcome gifts which were a lovely surprise and much appreciated. The location was fantastic with great beaches and a wonderful coffee shop (Venus). We would highly recommend.
