Had a lovely stay here with my family, there were 10 of us, Emmy was a great host, very helpful & great communication. The house is clean, comfortable with everything you need, like home from home with added bonus of 2 parking spaces The location is excellent, short walk to the high st & beach & lots of restaurants to choose from . Had a lovely meal at Little Sicilian . Highly recommend this house if you’re looking for a stay in Broadstairs

Emmy was so helpful and flexible with our check-in and out. Property is so close to the beach - brilliant location! Emmy has a wagon with chairs and beach equipment we good use which was the cherry on the cake - excellent idea and it was used a lot!!

Had a wonderful stay here, amazing location walking distance to everything you need and of course to the sea. We all felt really at home here, the amenities available were amazing. We had 6 adults, 1 baby and a dog and it worked great for all of us. Emmy was particularly great, eased my mind with any concerns I had ahead of our trip and was really friendly and responsive to all my questions. It is impeccably clean and comfortable, you will not want for anything else. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Beautifully decorated for Xmas, a clean and well-equipped house in a superb location. We could not have been happier. The 2 parking spaces were the cherry on the cake, with elderly relatives visiting. Friendly and helpful hosts. Would definitely book again in this wonderful location of Broadstairs.
