This apartment was honestly so beautiful and looks even better in person! It has a lovely view of the beach from the garden as well. It’s easy to get into town using the local buses which are quite frequent, the town did seem to close quite early though. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a chill getaway from the busyness of life!

A modern and very clean apartment with a spacious living room area and garden area overlooking the sea. It was lovely to eat at the dining table and see the sea. A welcome bag with some toiletries, coffee pods and biscuits on arrival was appreciated. We loved walking to Dumpton Gap (about 5 mins away) to the little café by the sea followed by a walk along the promenade. Viking Bay was great for kids and adults alike. Louisa Bay is beautiful too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and discovering Broadstairs and there is still more to explore!

This is a beautiful and comfortable property. A nice “welcome pack” but sadly no instructions re use of appliances, heating, recycling or wifi password. I phoned Seastay and was given another number to call which I tried. That dropped out as poor signal. I was politely called back however. Had no further contact with the host. Although we are not infirm, we all used the shower room as the over-bath shower in the en-suite bathroom was less easy to use as the bath is small and high sided. The beds are very comfortable and the property is very well equipped. A great plus is the wonderful view of the sea.

Had a lovely couple of days Flat had everything you needed fitted out to a very high standard. Stunning uninterupted view & wlcome bag a very nice touch. Highly reccomend.

We have spent Mother’s Day weekend at this wonderful place & we miss it already . The flat is spotless, very modern , super quiet and just feels like home. The owner answered all the questions immediately. We have been lucky with the weather and the sunrise we have seen from the living room was just breathtaking. The beds are the most comfortable we ever slept on!! We also went for a lovely walk to Broadstairs along the coast and visited few lovely cafes. We were lucky with the host offering an early check in which we swapped for a later check out 😊 Would love to come back for a longer break in the summer 😊 Thank you !
