Named after the Roman Goddess of Sunrise 🌅 Aurora is located right on the beach in Ramsgate, you have panoramic uninterrupted views of the beach, English Channel & on a good day can clearly see France. We are bringing this amazing 2 bedroom apartment to the market for all travellers to enjoy, boasting FREE Secure Gated Parking Space and no Airbnb Service/Guest Fee! This apartment is brand-new and we are still making improvements to the decor every day and we have had excellent feedback so far. From the moment you enter the apartment you realise how fresh and spacious it is. The lounge kitchen diner boasts a 180° uninterrupted Seaview, standing from the kitchen it feels as if the beach and sea fuse into the room. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest Siemens technology. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom. Waking up and watching the sunrise in this apartment from your bed is an experience you could never get bored of. Upon opening the triple glazed doors you realise that you have the sound of the waves washing up on the beach which is rather tranquil and relaxing. The master bedroom also has a generous size balcony with outdoor furniture so you can watch the world go by. The second bedroom is a twin room with a broad fully opening window overlooking the beach and sea. Both bedrooms offer fully integrated wardrobes. The main bathroom has a full-size bath with a plush marble finish. We also provide a hand towels and bath towels for each person and bath mats in each bathroom. All white satin striped linen is provided for each bed. In the dining room area you have a table that comfortably seats 4 and a full accompaniment of crockery and cutlery. The lounge offers a high quality smart TV.

An absolutely beautiful apartment! Wonderful view of the sea, the balcony was great for watching the world pass by. Very clean, spacious and bright. The beds were extremely comfortable, beding and towels super clean and bright white. Lots of wardrobe space and awesome blackout blinds. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, yummy biscuits, crisps and cloudy lemonade. Tea, coffee sachets as well as washing up cloths etc. Everything was well thought out. Looking forward to the next time. Thank you !
We enjoyed a lovely Easter weekend here. The views are amazing and we enjoyed being justa few steps away from the beach. The accommodation is clean, the kitchen has all you need for a short stay and the welcome pack had lots of goodies. We found the master bed very firm and it’s on wheels so we travelled around a bit! All in all highly recommended and would return. Thank you Seastay

Excellent base from which to explore the North Kent coast with panoramic sea views. At the time of our stay the weather was as expected very changeable and at times dramatic. So! Something different for us. The apartment is modern with easy and secure access. Seastay were extremely attentive throughout the stay and ensured our short break was a good one. Many local restaurants to choose from and a well stocked Waitrose in Town. We saw in the New Year from the balcony and were entertained by the impromptu firework displays along the Beach- Brilliant!
Amazing place to stay & would certainly stay again. We had a lovely little welcome pack when we arrived & it was very quiet, all you could hear were the waves which was lovely

This apartment is located in a brand-new development right on the famous Royal Sands of Ramsgate. You are located within a couple of minutes walk of the only Royal harbour in the country. Around the harbour there are fantastic bars and restaurants not to mention plenty of attractions. The Ramsgate tunnels are a fantastic local attraction that has recently been reopened. You are right on the doorstep of this. The beach is within a few seconds of the door of your apartment. The bars and restaurants locally are some of the best in the country. You really are in the heart of the area
We have a fantastic bus service called the Loop which goes round as the name suggests around the island in a loop, They are every few minutes and you cannot go wrong. The main bus stop is about a four minute walk around the harbour.
The train station is a 15-20 minute walk or five minutes in a taxi. We have the high-speed rail link that can I have you in London in a little over an hour. The local train to Canterbury is under 20 minutes and there are two an hour. The train station in Ramsgate also serves the local towns and there are a few trains an hour to those.
Getting around locally walking is very easy, you come out of the apartments and go left and you can be in Broadstairs within 35 to 40 minutes. Do you have some fantastic walking and cycling routes around the area and the Viking Trail is a must!

Hi I am Alistair and welcome to our business, @seastayuk. We are a small bespoke family owned and operated business offering a personally chosen variety of accommodation around the East Kent Coast. We do own some and also manage fully for other owners. Feeling that we have captured the hearts of the majority of our guests with a repeat custom rate of 63%. On hand for any questions via message, email, phone or text with a usual response rate of a few minutes. Being born and bread locally we are always happy to help with any recommendations and have even put our favourite local choices on our website. We started out in 2009 after the death of my father as a carpet cleaning business that organically grew into what it is today. We have recently re-branded from Holiday Lets In Kent purely for cosmetic reasons and to “keep in with the kids” We hope you love our properties like we do, feel free to check out our reviews as we do have 1000+ now dotted around.
