This was a no frills large 3 bedroom that was extremely convenient for access to the Albany airport. It was dated but in good repair and freshly painted. Outside back area allowed for space for a modest workout area. It was an eerily quiet area. Bed was comfortable and towels were plentiful. We had a problem with one TV disconnecting and Demetric responded quickly and was very helpful to resolve the problem.

The home is well maintained, spacious, private, clean and inviting. I must say Demetric was more than fair and accommodating. After informing him of an issue, his maintenance guy came over immediately to remedy the problem. Demetric then went as far as refunding me our entire stay for any inconvenience that was caused. I would gladly stay at any of his properties in the future and highly recommend a stay here.
