I had an amazing stay at this charming Airbnb! The location was great, surrounded by local culture and convenient amenities. The room was cozy, clean, and nicely decorated. Was a pleasant stay. Flat is clean and located in a good area. Utku, the host, speaks English. I stayed in a different room this time but it was just as good as the other one. Big bed, desk and two wardrobes- all you need for a short or longer stay. I will be back for sure. Thank you for your hospitality, Utku!

First of all, I need to say that I was amazed by hospitality of my host Utku! Everything went great and was super easy - comunication with host, welcoming.. Just everything. My room and also the whole place was very clean, QUIET, with nice furniture, you just get that warm and homey feeling when you visit the place! Cozy, comfortable, inside you have everything you will probably need in your stay. For me, location was also great. It is close to the cost - around 20 minutes, max 30 min walking (from the hill where the apartmant is, you can actually have a beeautiful view down on Bosfor)! Beykoz also has a lot of nice caffes, restaurants with cheap and good food. Once again, I enjoyed my stay because of the great host Utku, who helped with everything I needed with a smile on his face :) Also because of the comfort of the place and location of colorfull and beautiful Beykoz. Thanks Utku once again!

My second stay confirmed my initial impressions- this is an amazing place to live in Istanbul! :) It is very near to several Universities, stores and restaurants are in 100m range, and ferry station on Bosphorus is about half an hour of walk. The rooms are warm, comfortable, quiet, perfect for rest or work and studying. The most important impression is hospitality that Utku provides. He thought of anything I may need, gave valuable advices about neighborhood, Istanbul and Turkey and by that helped me a lot to start my life there. He takes excellent care of household, beds are very comfortable, it is always clean and every device is working. Utku, I thank you very much for the warmth of home that you created! :)
