Staying at Jane’s place provided our family with a beautiful setting, comfortable amenities, and wonderful hospitality. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and all of the pictures are accurate. The place was spotless, and felt very clean. It had everything we needed to cook meals, which was great since we were traveling with two little ones. Her toy chest was also extremely appreciated! The pastoral setting and farm tour were highlights of our trip to the area. Jane was so kind and accommodating, and we can’t wait to stay here again!

This has been my favorite airbnb experience of all time. Jane’s place is peaceful, inviting, and cozy—the perfect spot for our girls’ trip. We couldn’t get over the beauty of the property and the thoughtful details in the house. Thank you Jane!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jane's cottage. It's a warm and inviting place. Our family felt at home right away. The vistas from the front porch were breathtaking. Watching the sheep and horses in the meadow as well as the trees leaf out as spring came to the mountains was unforgettable. The kitchen was well appointed and easy to use. We loved the wood burner on the cooler nights and the books and toys were great for the kids. Jane is a fantastic host and gave us lots of tips for great places to eat, and things to check out in the area. What a great vacation!

We loved our stay at Farm View Cottage! Everything was exactly as described. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed plus more. Jane was very hospitable and gave us a farm tour with her two awesome border collies, which was the highlight for our two kids. They enjoyed the fresh air, being able to run around, and identify the animals we could see from our porch. The location was great, a few minutes to quaint Black Mountain and about 20-25 mins to Asheville. Jane was really responsive to questions and had great recommendations for things to do with our kids. we really loved the quaint little house and the farm fresh eggs in the fridge when we arrived were a great touch - and delicious!

This little cottage is so peaceful and offers such a pretty view of the farm and surrounding land. There’s just the right amount of comfort and cozy at Farm View, there were even fresh eggs flowers from the yard and Easter decorations when we arrived. Jane is super friendly, tells great stories and easily set us up to come and interact with the animals, you can do as little or as much as you’d like! We can’t wait to go back!
