Habitat Vacation Rentals was born in 2001 in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, it is rooted in the need to offer more and better lodging options to visitors in the area, and as support to homeowners who need someone to look after their properties. Today our administrative team is made up of 7 people, all proudly Costa Rican, originating from San José. In search of a better quality of life, better work life balance we ​​choose to migrate to the South Caribbean. Our team has a long history of experience in tourism, administration, logistics and coordination, making Habitat a fascinating place to work. We also have the support of our maintenance service providers, cleaning, gardening, plumbing, etc, promoting local labor. Nati, María Fernanda, Matías, Carolina, Mónica and Mauricio are the people who make magic happen, from the back office of reservations until the moment of receiving our clients, each one of us is involved in the process, always trying to offer the best experience to our visitors.
