Relax in this quiet and elegant space, in our lodging you will have all the necessary amenities to enjoy a splendid vacation in the South Caribbean. You will be very close to beautiful beaches such as Punta Uva, Cocles, Manzanillo and Playa Negra. Casa Koa is located within a family farm with an excellent location between Puerto Viejo (3 mins away) and Playa Cocles, (5mins away - ranked among the top 10 surfing beaches in the world). The property is secure, private and surrounded by nature. It is located on the main street and has ample parking space. Note: The house has external areas that are still under construction, such as the upper terrace on one side of the house, the roofing of the BBQ area and the gate, however for the tranquility of our guests no work is done on days when the house is occupied.

Un lugar perfecto con todo lo que necesitas para ir en familia, varias camas, muchos baños y una piscina y Jacuzzi exquisitos, el lugar súper seguro y tranquilo y a pasos de la playa para ir caminando inclusive, Mariana como anfitriona súper buena y responde muy rápido a todas las dudas.
Amazing place! It has everything you will need. Very clean and close by to local town and restaurants/shops. Really looking to go back.

The property is located between Puerto Viejo Centro and Playa Cocles, in a very safe and quiet area.
Within the same property there are 2 other totally independent houses that are sufficiently separated so that each one has its privacy and at the same time all within the same property in case you want to rent them together for large groups.
You can get to Puerto Viejo by bus, private cab, shuttle bus or by plane to Limon and get to the area in any of the above mentioned land transportation.
In the area of Puerto Viejo you can be transported by car, bike, tuk-tuk or walking, as it is super close to downtown and the best beaches (in the guest book that we send upon arrival you will find recommendations for each of these means of transportation).
