Such a delightful modular home! Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Perfect locale close (walking) to beach and restaurants. Excellent communication with host.

We enjoyed Scott’s place immensely (family of 4 adults) Loved the outdoor space and plunge pool. We had a rental car and parking was easy with close access to both Puerto Viejo and Punta Uva. Walking distance to Playa Cocles and several restaurants (including Spicy Coconut- yum!) Thank you for a lovely stay!

The place was nice and clean. Looked like the pictures. The check in and checkout instructions were very clear that we didn’t need to contact the host for anything. Will stay here again.

My friend and i really enjoyed staying at this place. The rooms were very nice, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The hosts were very nice and quick to answer our questions. I can only recommend staying here.

We had a great time in Playa Cocles at Scott and Jayr’s place. The property was well represented and comfortable, just off the main highway to the beaches which made it easy to explore. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach from the outdoor living room and a short distance to restaurants and grocery stores. You can walk to the closest beach but if you want to explore all of the local beaches and Puerto Viejo, you’ll want a car or rent a motorbike or bicycles from town. The house is set up for outdoor living do be prepared. We stayed in March and found the weather to be perfect and the mosquitoes minimal, but we understand that is dependent on the time of year. Jayr was very responsive to our questions and was a great host, we will definitely stay again!
