Súper recomendado, moderno, con buen gusto y acceso directo a la playa con un nivel privacidad bastante agradable. Sin embargo la diferencia la hizo Joshua al estar 100% atento a nuestros requerimientos. Indudablemente regresaremos.

Incredible stay here! Just like all the other reviews confirm -- the house and location are superb. We were perfectly comfortable here and spent a lot of time just lounging in the hammocks or on the beach. Yoshua was always a minute or so away from responding to one of our inquiries and had great suggestions for us. We've been to Costa Rica many times but never on the Caribean side of the country - now I don't think we'll go back to the Pacific side. The town of Puerto Viejo is AMAZING. My 11 year old daughter got teary-eyed when we had to leave. Incredible place -- you will fall in love with the area and the house.

We had a great time at Yoshuas house, very clean and he was waiting for us when we arrived. He had lots of local recommendations. There's just a few palm trees separating the house from the beach and at night it's nice listening to the waves crashing on the beach. Very modern, and the outdoor shower of the master bedroom is something special. The living area is open to the outside via the staircase to the upper floor, but the rooms can be locked. We did have a great stay and would certainly come back. We didn't have enough time to explore all the surrounding beaches and nature parks around Puerto Viejo.

Yoshi’s place was absolutely incredible. Not only was the house clean and well appointed, but the location was awesome right across from the beach, it was very secure and private and Yoshi was an excellent host. We had a wonderful vacation and loved our stay! Thank you, Yoshi!!

Great communication from Yoshua. What you see is exactly what you get. 10 second walk to the beach IF that. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone who's looking to stay in the area.
