Our overall stay was good… My only concern was home security/safety. I felt the home would be easy to break into! If the back door was slammed hard on accident I believe the glass would easily break…. No keyless locks or double lock system. Safety is a top priority when traveling

This adorable house is exactly as described, the entire space is great for a group to relax and dine together. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy wine, coffee or dinner. We were so close to so many great places and spaces, I could have stayed for a week and never been bored. The host was extremely responsive and helpful to all of our requests. I will be booking this place again.

Solid place to stay. Interior paint choices are fun! Jason was clear and very prompt in his communication. Probably not a good idea to bring a large truck. Parking is tight.

We stayed for 5 days, before and after the eclipse. Of course, we paid top dollar during that time, but Jason negotiated a better rate based on the length of our stay, which was appreciated. A working kitchen was a must due to dietary restrictions and that it was. Very clean and well appointed, with plenty of glasses, mugs and plates. We actually had enough to use for our entire stay and didn’t need to turn on the dishwasher until the day of departure. Everything was nice and clean in the cupboards and it was clear that everything had been run through the dishwasher, which I appreciate. The appliances were of nice quality and the icemaker didn’t disappoint….an important vacationing tool! A little more gravel at the end of the driveway would be appreciated, but considering the comfort of the place, that could be counted as a petty concern. Everything was just lovely and we had a great time relaxing and hanging out when we weren’t out on the town. Loved it.

Adorable older house in a lively neighborhood. My kids are still talking about the great co-op grocery store across the street. Loved the house decor. The location was perfect for exploring Austin, and there are several great restaurants within walking distance. It can get a little noisy in the area at night, but we just used white noise on our phone.
