This apartment is in the heart of Barcelona while providing comfort and quite. We did enjoy our stay and the apartment was quite clean and big. Great location! However, the company managing the apartment are strict with special policies and it made us feel less welcome. Our flight was delayed 6 hours and we ended up doing late checkout. It was not our fault and we didn't plan to get in so late, and in addition to the full price that we paid for the first night, they charged us 50 euros for late check-in. The agent was not very welcoming and said that it is the company policy. Also, even though you pay for cleaning fee they have a sign that says that if you will not leave the apartment clean they will charged 75 euros(I was going to leave clean anyway and it is not about the money just the feeling) The TV is tiny and not working well. The AC is also not great and the water pressure can be better. The elevator is very very very bad and slow and the apartment located on the 7th floor.

Greay location and very easy check in. I had an issue with water heater that was never addressed and bed had a plastic cover that made it impossible to sleep on. I truly recommend they fix the bathroom exhaust because there is mold in the shower because of all the humidity. Apartment is super comfortable and location cannot be beat. Check in was easy. Unresponsive at check out and sooo many instructions. Over all it was a great stay hecause of the location and having an elevator for luggage but there is a lot of room for improvement

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Die Küche und das Badezimmer waren gut ausgestattet für ein paar Tage. Der Check In war einfach und flexibel (obwohl man drauf zahlen muss wenn man abends ankommt). Die Lage ist sehr zentral und es gibt viele Schöne Restaurants in Reichweite.

Clean, comfy apartment in a great location! However, you can easily hear the neighbours and vice versa. I have to say that the booking process is quite long since we also had to sign an extra contract with Stay U-Nique and fill in extra info about our arrival. I think that passing through Airbnb should be enough. Also, questions about the average age of the group and the exact flight number should not be mandatory. For the apartment that we booked, the rule was that at least one of us is 35. I've never seen this rule before. For the check-in, the coordination with our agent Marina was very smooth, and generally, Stat-U-Nique provided us with all the necessary info.
