A beautifully renovated, spacious self contained studio in the Lower Blue Mountains. Peaceful bush land setting with private entrance and parking at the door. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, gifts shops, bush walks, national park, swimming holes, cycling tracks and railway. Breakfast included. Wifi, 65inch Smart TV, Netflix, kitchen, reverse cycle air-con, washing machine, sofa lounge, cot/highchair available, Ironing board + iron, hair dryer. Your romantic escape or adventure. Bush outlook 1 x Queen bed, 1 x sofa bed. Walk in robe. bathroom, Kitchen and cooking facilities, washing machine. Baby cot/infant portable cot, high chair and change mat are available on request. Don't be afraid to request any other item you may need. I will supply if we have it.

We had a great stay at Lecia’s place. Breakfast was supplied for our first morning ( thank you). The room is spacious and the shower was great. Being able to park right outside the front door worked well for us. It is in a lovely quiet area. Lecia made us feel very welcome.

Wow, what an amazing accommodation which is clean and well equipped. The hosts are lovely and you can see really care about their guests, their comfort and go the extra mile. We will definitely be back when we are in NSW.

I haven't stayed at a lot of Airbnb's but this was by far the best! Very cosy! It's got everything you need.

Quiet area. Local traffic only as. Set in bushland setting and cul-de-sac. With not so many street lights, we have magnificent stars on clear nights.
Glenbrook Village and the railway station are a 5 minute walk away. Our retreat is next to a bush walk which backs on to the National Park. The gates for the National Parks main entrance is a 3 minute drive, 15 minute drive to Penrith Panthers for entertainment, weddings etc.
Parking is off street and at your front door.
