Nestled on a large bush block in the lower Blue Mountains is this secluded, self-contained studio with lovely views and access to a 9-metre swimming pool. The beauty of the Blue Mountains National Park beckons, with Florabella Pass and other spectacular and often quieter bushwalks starting just at the end of our street. The studio is conveniently located for the cafés and shops of Glenbrook and Springwood, with a local store and a larger supermarket just minutes away. The studio is a simply furnished space consisting of a single room and ensuite bathroom with a total area of approximately 20m2. It is attached to a garage used for storage that is separate from our family home. It has parking at the door and its own keyed entrance. We have a type 2 EV charger in the adjoining garage. Please enquire if you would like to use it. The room has a double bed and a single bed and can accommodate three guests. There is also a kitchenette, table and chairs, reverse cycle air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The kitchenette, made largely from reclaimed and recycled materials, includes a sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and portable cooktop, and is kitted out with all your kitchen needs (or if it's not, we are happy to lend you things from the house). The adjoining bathroom includes a shower, toilet, vanity unit and shaving cabinet. You are very welcome to use our pool while you are here, and borrow any other items you might need during your stay (e.g. iron, hairdryer).

Our brief stay at Sarah's Airbnb was absolutely delightful! We were looking for a one-night stay as we headed up the mountain, and her place was the perfect pit stop. Sarah herself was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation was surprisingly well-appointed and immaculately clean, equipped with all the essential amenities. It comfortably accommodates two-three people for a short stay. The presence of friendly chickens and a serene bush vista added a unique charm to our experience, making it feel like a true getaway despite the short duration. This Airbnb is an excellent choice for anyone seeking convenient and affordable accommodation in the lower Blue Mountains. Whether you’re passing through or exploring the area, Sarah’s place offers a cozy and delightful stay. Highly recommend for a night or two as the perfect stopover or budget-friendly option! Wir hatten eine schöne Übernachtung mitten in der Natur. Das Gästehaus ist nicht groß aber für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend. Die großen Fenster erlauben einen schönen Blick zum angrenzenden Wald und auf Sarahs Hühner. Alles war sehr sauber und die Zeit war eigentlich zu kurz, um es zu genießen. Die Küche ist übrigens super ausgestattet!

By car, Warrimoo is 1 hour to the city (out of peak hour) and 30 minutes to Katoomba. By train it is 1 hour 15 minutes to the city and 45 minutes to Katoomba.
