Lovely quiet cottage in pretty countryside is well equipped with everything you need - and more besides! .Very clean and spacious, with parking directly outside and the enclosed garden was perfect for our little dog to run around. The Thatched Inn pub is a 10 mins stroll and the location is ideal to visit Westward Ho!, Appledore, llfracombe, Lynmouth etc and Saunton Sands was ideal for long dog beach walks. Eleanor was especially helpful, checking we had everything we needed and giving recommendations for country walks. We much appreciated the delicious welcome gift of scones, jam and clotted cream - yummy! Definitely recommend.

Quaint cottage, tastefully modernised. The kitchen and implements were first class and looked new, as did the carpet. These days Wi-Fi is essential, and this was excellent. It gave us a chance to revisit an area that we hadn’t seen for around 25 years, with some stunning scenery. Recommended.

Despite the not so great weather we had a lovely week at the cottage. The enclosed garden and local walks were perfect for the dog and the kids absolutely loved surf school at westward ho! and the wake park. House was well equipped and comfortable. a real home from home. Thank you!

Comfortable cottage that had everything you needed including a wonderful welcome pack with scones, jam and clotted cream. Beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Loved the private garden . Great location, with walks from the door. Very close to Westward Ho! and the North Devon Surf School .

Very much enjoyed our stay at the Cottage. Communication from Eleanor was excellent ahead of our holiday, and the welcome pack and cleanliness of the cottage continued at the same standard. The information at the house for local walks was helpful and the walk to the local pub was worthwhile, carvery on a Sunday to be recommended!
