Exactly what you see is what you get, they had a wonderful place n perfect. We travelled all the way from Odessa tx and will be back again most definitely. Patio was the best cause in an outdoor person. And perfect spot to park the boat as well.

Nice place, very clean and homey. Loved the screened in porch. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful even on New Years Eve. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen could use some more spoons and the grill is functional but on its last leg.
