We had just come from a hotel that had falsely advertised and Strut was very kind to answer a million questions. We were very pleased with our stay and it was in the perfect location. They were kind and the place smelled fantastic when we walked in, which was much appreciated. We would stay again!

To begin with, Strut was responsive and communicative. When we had any q's or issues, he was quick to respond. We had trouble getting into the padlock on the door. The code was wrong and had to text and wait for a response back. The place had a strange odor to it, not sure what that was about.. and it's pretty bare bones. There was no soap/shamp/cond in the bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc at least. Although, we found a pan in the oven with food still on it and hair in the shower. We tried to get an early check in but didn't want to pay $20 extra and I'm glad we didn't because even at the normal check-in time (4p), it was still not clean.
