Good location and easy check in

DON'T BOOK Arrived at the property 45 minutes after our check in time, there were no keys in the lock boxes and we had to stand on the rain for 20 minutes while calling the helpline. They gave us the codes to the spare boxes and just as we were about to use them cleaners opened the door and told us we couldn't access yet. When we finally got in, 1 floor was ready, the other two floors were disgusting and it ruined the perception of the flat once you see it in that state. We didn't gain access to the second flat for 2 hours after check in time, the top floor was still disgusting when we left 3 hours after check in times. Lock box codes weren't changed so we felt unsafe leaving keys there (which is important for a big group). Pass the property refuse to give any refund for the massive inconvenience, essentially ruining our first night since we missed bookings we had prepaid for since we couldn't get ready. They have refused to issue any refund despite acknowledging this all happened.

Accomodation perfect for a large group wanting explore Bristol. As with other reviews, this is by no means an Immaculate property however perfectly functional for a great stay and the price/location reflects this. Would happily return!
