Private cozy room with private full bath near downtown was built in 1938. Amenities include private entrance and covered front porch with wooden swing, free off-street parking. The room/bath are separate from the rest of the house. Walking distance to Heritage Park, Beall Park and Food Trucks. A few blocks to UMHB, Cathedral Oaks Events, HEB, Wal-Mart and downtown. 15 minutes from Scott & White and Belton Expo. Short drive to Belton Lake, Miller Springs Nature Center and Salado. The space is closed off from the rest of the house. Note: the room's wall shares the office wall. The property is a smoke and vape free zone. Private room is perfect for one person with no pets or children. Private bathroom has a stand up shower only. One parking place is big enough for truck and boat trailer. Bed is full size. Self check-in with keypad. Guest access: Guests are able to access and use the front porch and backyard. Feed the Koi fish in the backyard where you can listen to the birds in the beautiful trees off the back porch. As a guest you have your own private room and full bathroom. (adjustable AC, microwave and fridge) Guests are encouraged to be gone during business hours because my office is on the other side of the wall and it can get loud. *Guest must be able to climb stairs and carry their own luggage. This place is not suitable for children under 16. The host does not allow children, pets, parties, smoking/vaping or illegal substances. There is a cat free to roam about the property. Due to the age of the home lead paint may be present, and I ask you are gentle with her especially her pipes. Prevent backups by only using TP in the toilet. All other paper products and disposals can be thrown into the covered trash can provided in your room. Zeus the cat lives on property and bees drink from the pond along with the dragonflies.
