Beautiful property, with great views and wonderful fresh ocean breeze. Our apartment is located two blocks away of Charles Darwin main avenue. Guests can enjoy a leisurely walk to main attractions like the Charles Darwin Research Station and beach, great restaurants, fish market, cafés, shops, bike rental, dive shops, tour operators and more. Great option for guests seeking flexibility, comfort and good value. The bedroom has AC, however the living area only benefits form a nice sea breeze. The apartment is on the third floor of a small building owned by the hosts. It has an independent entrance. The sitting area and open kitchen overlook the private balcony and enjoy ocean views. It is breezy and sunny! It does not have an AC unit. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, pots and pans, coffee maker, and basic utensils. The bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, and a/c unit. The apartment has a full private bathroom with plenty warm water.
